I wish to submit a topic on coaching and the lack of training in American sports. All to often a coach tells a player what to do but not how to do it. The lack of fundamental body mechanics in children can be traced back to the lack of physical education in our schools. I think all too often the athletes are left to fend for themselves and an average athlete never rises to the next level because they are not trained in body mechanics.
